About the role
You will work in a logistics park where several warehouses store and ship goods for retail and e-commerce customers. Each week you are assigned to the warehouse that needs extra support, so the tasks and colleagues can change. Typical work includes loading and unloading, sorting parcels and packing orders. The park works day and evening shifts from Monday to Friday. Training is given in every new area before you start.
What you’ll do
- Load and unload trucks and containers by hand
- Sort parcels and goods by destination
- Pack and label customer orders
- Move pallets with a manual or electric pallet truck
- Keep work areas tidy and follow safety rules
What you’ll bring
- No previous experience needed; training on site
- Good physical condition for lifting up to 25 kg
- Flexibility to work in different warehouses in the same park
- Basic Lithuanian, Russian or English
Pay & working arrangements

- From €8.50 per hour, gross
- Working pattern
- Day (07:00–15:30) or evening (15:30–24:00) shifts, Monday to Friday

- Fixed-term contract for 6 months, extension possible
