About the role
You will assemble electronic units, cable harnesses and small sub-assemblies for industrial equipment. Each workstation has step-by-step work instructions with pictures, and the work requires patience and precision. You use hand tools, crimping tools and simple test fixtures. The plant is clean, bright and heated, and most work is done seated. The team works day shifts from Monday to Friday, with a team leader on the floor.
What you’ll do
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies following work instructions
- Prepare, crimp and route cables
- Use hand tools, crimping tools and simple fixtures
- Test finished units with basic test equipment
- Check and label finished units
- Report defects and missing parts to the team leader
What you’ll bring
- At least 1 year of assembly or production experience
- Good manual dexterity and good eyesight
- Attention to detail
- Basic Lithuanian, Russian or English
Pay & working arrangements

- From €9 per hour, gross
- Working pattern
- Day shifts 07:00–15:30, Monday to Friday

- Fixed-term contract for 6 months, extension possible
