About the role
This returns centre handles parcels sent back by online customers from several European countries. You open each return, check the item and grade its condition according to clear photo guidelines. Items are then sent to restock, repair or recycling. The work is done at a seated or standing workstation in a clean, heated hall. The site runs a three-shift pattern, and new colleagues are trained by an experienced team member.
What you’ll do
- Open and inspect returned parcels
- Grade item condition using written and photo guidelines
- Register each return in the warehouse system
- Clean, fold and repack items for restock
- Sort items for repair, recycling or return to the supplier
What you’ll bring
- No previous experience needed
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Basic Polish or English
- Willingness to work a three-shift pattern
Pay & working arrangements

- From PLN 32 per hour, gross
