About the role
You will plan and lead the daily work of a shift team in goods-in and dispatch. The logistics centre serves retail and industrial customers across western Poland and Germany. You report to the shift manager and work closely with the transport planning office on loading times. The role combines work on the floor with simple reporting in the warehouse management system. This is a permanent position for someone with logistics experience who is ready to lead people.
What you’ll do
- Plan and allocate daily tasks for the shift team
- Monitor productivity, accuracy and safety targets
- Coordinate dispatch times with the transport planning office
- Run a short safety briefing at the start of each shift
- Train and onboard new team members
- Prepare shift reports and escalate issues to the shift manager
What you’ll bring
- At least 3 years of logistics experience, including 1 year leading a team
- Working knowledge of a warehouse management system
- Good Polish and basic English
- Good spreadsheet skills
- Forklift certificate (UDT) is an advantage
