About the role
You will carry out visual and measurement checks on metal components made for the machinery and automotive industries. Checks take place at the start of each batch, during production and before packing. You record results in the quality system and stop batches that do not meet the specification. You work with production leaders and report to the quality engineer. The plant works two shifts from Monday to Friday.
What you’ll do
- Inspect components visually and with measuring tools
- Measure parts with calipers, micrometers and gauges
- Record inspection results in the quality system
- Stop and label non-conforming batches
- Support the quality engineer with root-cause checks
- Check that measuring tools are calibrated and in good condition
What you’ll bring
- At least 2 years in production or quality control
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Experience with calipers, micrometers and gauges
- Good Polish; basic English is an advantage
- Basic computer skills

- From PLN 6,200 per month, gross

- Two-shift rota, 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday
