Cookie notice

About cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser's session storage, work in a comparable way. This notice explains what the Arktis Group website stores on your device.

Cookies we use

We do not use advertising, tracking or social media cookies, and we do not set cookies of our own.

  • Session storage: when you confirm your country of residence in a search or application form, the website remembers it in your browser's session storage so you do not have to choose it again. It is deleted when you close the browser tab and is never sent to us.
  • Security: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie (such as "__cf_bm") to tell people from automated traffic and protect the forms. It contains no information that identifies you and expires after about 30 minutes.

Because we only use what is strictly necessary, the website does not show a cookie consent banner.

Analytics

To see which pages are useful, we use Plausible Analytics on a self-hosted server run for us by our web developer. Plausible does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and does not follow you across websites. It only records anonymous totals, such as page views, referring websites, countries and device types.

Managing your preferences

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the security cookie may stop some forms from working. Browser add-ons that block analytics scripts also work with this website.

Changes to this notice

If we start using other cookies or tools, we will update this notice, and ask for your consent where the law requires it. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
