What does Arktis Group do?

Arktis Group is a recruitment and staffing company for transport, industry and logistics. We find CE and C truck drivers, electricians, welders, mechanics and warehouse and production staff for companies in Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Poland, through direct recruitment or staffing.

Which roles can you fill?

Drivers (CE and C licence, long-haul, linehaul, local and night distribution), industrial specialists (electricians, mechanics and fitters, welders, automation and installation technicians) and warehouse and production staff (order pickers, forklift operators, production and packing operatives).

What is the difference between direct recruitment and staffing?

With direct recruitment we find and introduce candidates and you employ them yourself. With staffing, the people are employed through the staffing provider and work in your operation on agreed terms, which suits seasonal peaks and projects.

How does a request work?

Tell us the roles, headcount, location and start date. We confirm the requirements with you, review a shortlist of candidates together and agree the start. Sending a request is free and does not commit you to anything.

What does it cost?

The price depends on the model, the roles and the volume. We agree it with you in a written contract before any work starts. Candidates never pay us to be placed.
