About the role
You will join the order preparation team in a modern distribution centre that supplies online and retail customers across the Benelux. The work is organised in clear process steps, and every task is directed by a hand scanner, so you always know what to do next. The site runs a rotating two-shift pattern from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts in the busy period before the holidays. New starters complete a two-day induction and then work alongside an experienced colleague for their first week. This is a good role for someone who wants steady, active work and the chance to move on to forklift or reach truck duties later.
What you’ll do
- Pick customer orders with a hand scanner and check each item against the order line
- Pack orders in the correct boxes and apply shipping labels
- Receive incoming goods, count them and report any damage
- Move goods with a manual or electric pallet truck
- Keep aisles, packing stations and walkways clear and safe
- Follow site safety rules and wear the protective equipment provided
What you’ll bring
- No previous warehouse experience needed
- Good physical condition for standing, walking and lifting up to 20 kg
- Basic English for safety instructions and daily communication
- Willingness to work rotating early and late shifts
- Valid EU passport or ID card, or a valid work permit for the Netherlands
Pay & working arrangements

- From €16 per hour, gross
- Working pattern
- Rotating early (06:00–14:30) and late (14:30–23:00) shifts, Monday to Friday

- Temporary contract for 6 months, with the option to extend
