About the role
You will work on the night team of a plant that produces wooden panels and components for the building industry. Your tasks are to feed and monitor the production line, sort finished products and stack them for packing. The work is physical and takes place in a large, ventilated production hall. The night team is small, with a shift leader and a maintenance technician on site. Protective equipment is provided, and safety training is given before you start on the line.
What you’ll do
- Feed timber and panels into the production line
- Monitor the line and report faults to the shift leader
- Sort, grade and stack finished products
- Carry out simple visual quality checks
- Wrap and label stacks for the warehouse
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment
What you’ll bring
- At least 6 months of production experience
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts
- Good physical condition for lifting and standing work
- Basic Estonian, Russian or English
