About the role

This role is based in a large distribution centre that supplies food and household products to supermarkets in the region. You pick orders by following short spoken instructions through a headset, which leaves both hands free and makes the work quick to learn. Orders are built onto pallets or roll cages with an electric pallet truck, and each shift has a clear daily target. You work in a team of around 30 pickers with a shift leader on the floor at all times. Training on the voice system and the pallet truck is provided during your first days.

What you’ll do

  • Pick orders following instructions from the voice-picking headset
  • Build stable, correctly labelled pallets and roll cages for store delivery
  • Drive an electric pallet truck safely within the warehouse
  • Confirm quantities and locations by voice command
  • Report damaged or missing products to the shift leader
  • Keep aisles and loading areas clear and tidy

What you’ll bring

  • No previous experience needed; full training is provided
  • Good physical condition for active work and lifting up to 25 kg
  • Basic German or English for safety instructions
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including some Saturdays
  • Valid EU passport or ID card
