About the role
You will deliver parcels to homes and businesses in and around Tallinn using a company van and a handheld scanner. Each morning you load the van at the depot in the order of your route. A typical route has between 80 and 120 stops, and the route is planned in the scanner app. A B licence is enough to start, and new drivers spend their first days with an experienced colleague. You finish the working day by returning undelivered parcels to the depot.
What you’ll do
- Load the van in delivery order at the depot
- Deliver parcels and scan each delivery with the handheld device
- Collect signatures or take photo confirmation where required
- Handle returns and leave failed-delivery notices
- Return undelivered parcels and hand over the scanner at the end of the day
- Keep the van clean and report any damage or faults
What you’ll bring
- Valid B driving licence, held for at least 1 year
- Basic smartphone or scanner skills
- Estonian, Russian or English for contact with customers
- Able to carry parcels up to 30 kg
- Punctual, reliable and polite with customers
