Scope

Electrical installation of automated warehouse systems for an e-commerce fulfilment centre: conveyors, sorters, shuttle/miniload zones, control cabinets, sensors and cable routes. Crews installed and connected the equipment across the material-flow system and supported commissioning.

Challenge

High-throughput e-commerce automation creates many interfaces between the mechanical, electrical and controls packages, so the electrical works had to align tightly with the other trades to keep the material flow continuous.

ARKTIS role

Electrical installation crew for the warehouse automation equipment, executing to the integrator’s design and connecting field devices, cabinets and cable routes across the system.

/ result

The automated material-flow equipment was connected and made ready for commissioning.
