How ARKTIS works under main contractor processes

We adopt your DMS (Aconex, Procore, Asite, ProjectWise), your HSE plan, your reporting cadence. Our site coordinator owns daily interface — you get one accountable contact, not a crew lead per shift.

Compliance

  • – A1 certificates
  • – Posted-worker declarations
  • – Liability + accident insurance
  • – Work permits
  • – HSE plans

Commercial models

FAQ

How does subcontracting with ARKTIS.GROUP work?+

We work under your main contract as an execution subcontractor. We agree scope, rate and compliance up front, mobilize a crew matched to the work, and execute against your drawings and HSE regime with full QA/QC documentation through to handover.

Who handles compliance and posted-worker paperwork?+

We do. Crews mobilize with A1 certificates, posted-worker declarations, HSE plans, RAMS and insurance in place, so you do not carry cross-border compliance or recruitment risk for the scope we deliver.

How are rates and scope agreed?+

Up front and in writing — scope, day rate and compliance are fixed before mobilization, so there are no commercial surprises mid-project. You keep a single accountable point of contact for the crew throughout.
