Scope
Electrical installation of fashion-logistics warehouse automation: pouch sorter, miniload, conveyor zones, packing and dispatch areas and equipment connections. Crews connected the automation across the picking-to-dispatch flow and supported phased start-up.
Challenge
An omnichannel fashion operation needed synchronized automation across picking, packing and dispatch, where each zone had to integrate cleanly so the material flow ran end to end.
