Scope
Electrical installation of fashion-logistics warehouse automation: pouch sorter, miniload, conveyor zones, packing and dispatch areas and equipment connections. Crews connected the automation across the picking-to-dispatch flow and supported phased start-up.
Challenge
An omnichannel fashion operation needed synchronized automation across picking, packing and dispatch, where each zone had to integrate cleanly so the material flow ran end to end.

Electrical installation subcontractor for the automated logistics systems, executing to the integrator’s design and coordinating equipment connections across the conveyor and sortation zones.
