Scope
Warehouse automation electrical works for the Dematic package: conveyor systems, shuttle/miniload, sortation, packing zones, control cabinets and commissioning support. The crew installed and wired the equipment and control cabinets and supported the staged ramp-up.
Challenge
A large omnichannel automation project with many equipment interfaces and a phased ramp-up required disciplined coordination so each subsystem could be commissioned in sequence without holding up the others.
