Scope
Warehouse automation electrical works for the Dematic package: conveyor systems, shuttle/miniload, sortation, packing zones, control cabinets and commissioning support. The crew installed and wired the equipment and control cabinets and supported the staged ramp-up.
Challenge
A large omnichannel automation project with many equipment interfaces and a phased ramp-up required disciplined coordination so each subsystem could be commissioned in sequence without holding up the others.

Electrical installation crew for the Dematic automation package, executing to the integrator’s design and connecting equipment, cabinets and field devices across the system.

The automation package was connected and made ready for commissioning and ramp-up in line with the integrator’s phased plan.
