About the role
You will join a team that installs photovoltaic systems on large commercial roofs and in ground-mounted solar parks. The work covers mounting frames, fixing panels and laying DC cables, while qualified electricians make the final connections. Teams of four to six installers travel to sites in a company van. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 16:30, and work continues through the winter when weather allows. All installers receive safety training for work at height.
What you’ll do
- Assemble mounting systems on roofs and in solar parks
- Lift and fix solar panels to the mounting frames
- Lay and fix DC cables and cable trays
- Use fall protection and follow safety rules for work at height
- Keep the site tidy and sort packaging waste
What you’ll bring
- At least 1 year of experience in solar installation, roofing or construction
- No fear of heights and good physical fitness
- Basic German or English
- Category B driving licence is an advantage
- Valid EU passport or EU work permit
