About the role
The plant welds car body parts on highly automated lines with more than 200 industrial robots. You will maintain and repair robots, grippers, welding guns and the safety systems around the cells. You will also help optimise robot programs to reduce cycle times and downtime. The maintenance team works in a four-brigade system that covers production seven days a week. The plant provides manufacturer training on its robot models during the first months.
What you’ll do
- Diagnose and repair faults on industrial robots and robotic cells
- Carry out preventive maintenance on robots, grippers and welding guns
- Adjust and correct robot programs and positions
- Check and maintain safety systems such as light curtains and door switches
- Record faults and repairs in the maintenance system
- Work with production to reduce repeat failures
What you’ll bring
- Technical education in automation, mechatronics or electrical engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in robot maintenance
- Experience with KUKA, FANUC or ABB robots
- Polish, or good English
- Willingness to work in a four-brigade shift system
