About the role
You will deliver drinks and food products to retail and hospitality customers in central Brussels with a rigid truck and tail lift. Shifts start early so that most deliveries are made before city traffic builds up. A route has around 15 to 25 stops, and many customers are regular clients. You unload with a pallet truck or sack truck and collect empties on the same visit. Every shift ends at the depot on the edge of the city.
What you’ll do
- Drive rigid trucks on planned city routes
- Unload with the tail lift, pallet truck and sack truck
- Deliver goods to the agreed place in shops, bars and restaurants
- Collect signatures, payments where required and empty containers
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Keep delivery records up to date on the handheld device
What you’ll bring
- Valid C driving licence and Code 95
- At least 1 year of distribution or delivery experience
- Confident driving in dense city traffic
- Basic French or Dutch
- Good physical condition for regular lifting
