Scope
Electrical works for STOREPICK/ADAPTO retail automation: shuttle systems, conveyors, warehouse automation and supporting software integration through to commissioning. The crew connected the automation equipment and supported the move toward operational ramp-up.
Challenge
High-volume retail distribution automation had to be implemented in phases while operational continuity was maintained, so installation work was sequenced around live or ramping areas.
