Scope

MEP and data-centre works covering HV/LV distribution, backup generation with PLC control, life-safety and security systems, plant rooms and commissioning support. The crew installed and connected the power and safety systems and supported testing through to handover.

Herausforderung

A critical-facility fit-out with high-power redundancy and a strict delivery schedule required the power and life-safety systems to be installed and proven in a tightly sequenced programme.

Vantage Data Centers

Data centre MEP and electrical installation across critical-power and distribution systems — MDP/SDP panels, UPS, ATS, standby generators, cable containment and BMS/EPMS — through to commissioning support. Crews installed, terminated and tested the power chain to the project specification and kept the installation records current for each system as it was handed to commissioning.

Electrical installation for cloud data-centre infrastructure: power distribution, UPS/ATS, standby generation, cable containment, BMS/EPMS and server/network white-space fit-out. The crew scaled across multiple buildings as the region expanded, holding a consistent installation and documentation standard across each phase.

DE 2023–2024

Equinix

Critical-equipment installation, CSA/MEP works and commissioning support across data halls and white-space infrastructure. Crews installed and connected critical systems and supported the staged commissioning sequence while live operations continued elsewhere on the campus.
