Mechanical installation
Mechanical fitters for piping, conveyors, equipment and structural fit-out.
Request this service →What we deliver
Mechanical assembly crews for process equipment, conveyor and sortation systems, piping, structural steel fit-out and rotating equipment. We mobilize fitters, welders and riggers who set, align, bolt and weld to your drawings and tolerances, then hand over the installation records, weld logs and alignment sheets that your QA/QC pack requires. Crews are equipped for industrial sites from the first day on the ground and integrate directly into your existing supervision and permit-to-work system, so there is no ramp-up lost to onboarding. Teams scale from a focused fitting crew to a full multi-discipline workforce holding a sequence of equipment drops across a large floor plate.
Where we fit
Subcontracted under EPCs, OEMs and integrators as an execution partner. We execute — we do not design or own the mechanical engineering. We read your installation drawings and equipment manuals, raise constructability and access issues early, and deliver the scope to spec while your engineering team retains design authority.

FAQ
Do you provide certified welders? +
Yes — process-qualified per project requirement (TIG, MIG, stick, orbital), with current WPQR/WPS coverage and coupon testing on request.
Can you handle equipment moves and rigging? +
Crews include riggers and banksmen for setting and aligning equipment. We execute under your appointed lifting plan and lift supervisor, or coordinate with your crane partner.
How do you handle dimensional control? +
Fitters work to your drawings and tolerances and record alignment and as-set dimensions in the installation pack, so the handover evidences that equipment is set within spec.
