We own the evidence trail that proves the work was done right — inspection and test plans, qualification records, installation logs, cable schedules, redlines and the final as-built and QA/QC handover pack — and we keep it current inside your document management system as the work progresses rather than reconstructing it under pressure at the end. The result is a clean, audit-ready closeout that survives third-party inspection and gets the project accepted on schedule.

Can your QA/QC team integrate with our DMS? +
Yes — Aconex, Procore, Asite, ProjectWise and similar. We work inside your system and naming conventions so the records sit where your closeout expects them.
Can you take over a documentation pack mid-project? +
Yes. We audit the current state, identify the gaps against your ITP and acceptance criteria, and rebuild the pack to an audit-ready standard while keeping pace with ongoing installation.
Do you coordinate with third-party inspectors? +
We prepare and present the evidence for third-party and witness inspections and track resulting actions to closure, but the inspection authority itself remains independent.
